Senior Executive, Lopez Dorada
BIO

Stephanie Heiden is a senior executive in the manufacturing industry, honored to serve as a female leader on her company’s executive team.

She brings a strong business foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and distinguished herself early in her career by passing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam on her first sitting.

She began her career in public accounting at a tax firm that specialized in serving hair salons and agricultural clients, including farmers—an experience that grounded her in practical, relationship-driven partnerships.

Raised in small-town Nebraska, Steph credits her Midwestern values and work ethic as foundational to her leadership style. Now living and working in the heart of OU and OSU territory, she remains a proud and unwavering Nebraska Cornhuskers fan.

Steph is deeply committed to service and professional advocacy. She volunteers with Ronald McDonald House Charities and Tornado Alley Bulldog Rescue, and serves on the Oklahoma Society of CPAs (OSCPA) Members in Industry Committee, Accounting and Careers Committee, and Mentor program supporting the advancement of the profession and helping shape the future accounting workforce.

She is especially passionate about supporting and encouraging young women pursuing careers in business and finance. She is also a proud mother of three children—a delivery nurse, an occupational therapist, and a son who followed in her footsteps as a Certified Public Accountant—and a Nana to two grandchildren.

Outside of work, she enjoys boating and maintains an active healthy lifestyle through yoga and barre, interests that reflect her belief in balance, focus, and well-being as essential components of effective leadership.
