As Chief Human Relations Officer, Shannon’s responsibilities include developing and managing the company’s culture, recruiting and onboarding new hires, creating policies and procedures as they relate to HR and maintaining benefits. Beyond Human Resources, she also plays a role in project management and implementation of new processes and platforms. Shannon is responsible for much of the day-to-day operations and back-office processes relating to the brokerage firm. Shannon has been a key player in the rebranding of the Robinson Park brokerage and management offices as they have seen significant growth during her tenure. Her passion for people has helped push processes of change through multi-generational staff. Shannon also helps to promote community involvement throughout the company, where helping others is a strong part of their culture.
