
Monica Finley, is Vice-President of Merchandising for MTM Recognition Corporation. MTM is an engagement and recognition solutions provider for Fortune 500 corporations globally. Monica is responsible for leading the development of cost-effective systems and processes to support customer order fulfillment, supply chain, inventory policies, and global sourcing strategies. She also oversees the product engagement development for MTM’s Consultants according to the client’s demographic.
Monica has worked at Oklahoma City based MTM Recognition since 1995. With over 20 years experience in the recognition industry, Monica has her finger on the pulse of the changing workforce dynamic. A Certified Engagement Practitioner (CEP), Monica has studied and trained in the areas of engaging customers, channel partners, employees and vendors to achieve organizational goals. This knowledge allows organizations to accelerate the process of translating theory into action.
Monica received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland and earned her Masters of Liberal Arts from Oklahoma City University. In addition to her leadership skills, Monica is community-minded, she is a 25-year member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and currently serves as a Board Member of the Black Chamber of Commerce Metro Oklahoma City.
