Aviation Project Manager, Department of Transportation

Mollie Dysart is a dynamic Aviation Project Manager at the Department of Transportation, leveraging expertise in operational risk management, federal acquisition, organizational development, and Agile software development.

With a rich background in the Department of Defense and nonprofit sector, Ms. Dysart has excelled in roles like Software Product Owner, Operations Development Manager, and Director of Development for ReMerge of Oklahoma County as well as the Combined Federal Campaign.

An alum of prestigious programs such as the Air Command and Staff College and the Defense Acquisition University Leadership GPS, Mollie has been recognized with accolades like the Air Force Lisa S. Disbrow Outstanding Civilian of the Year Nomination. Active in mentoring programs and women’s initiatives, she is committed to professional development and community engagement.

Educationally, Mollie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Master of Liberal Arts in Leadership Management from Oklahoma City University. During her tenure at OCU, many of the Women in Leadership champions supported her in bringing the first TEDxWomen’s conference to Oklahoma in 2013.

Beyond the professional realm, Mollie enjoys travel, cuisine, golf, pickleball, painting, and quality time with her loved ones. She strives to bring a perfect blend of expertise and passion to all of her pursuits.
