Jennifer Anderson of Express Personnel Services will be speaking at the 2020 OKC Women in Leadership Conference

Jennifer Anderson’s personal motto of “plan your work, and work your plan” shines through her entire career and in each of her high-energy presentations. She specializes in showing how the proper combination of preparation and execution can equal success in every endeavor.

With more than 30 years of experience in the employment and staffing industry, Anderson is Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters. In this role, Anderson is responsible for positioning Express as an industry leader in the staffing and employment industry, establishing brand recognition, and providing marketing, communications, and event support to Express franchisees. Since 2013, franchisee satisfaction with marketing and communications support has increased from 77% to 95% satisfaction. Anderson was also president and founding owner of ASE Productions, Inc., a full-service conference and event planning company.

Anderson holds a master’s of science degree in management with honors and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Nazarene University. She completed studies to receive her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.

Anderson is an active member of the International Franchise Association, American Staffing Association, Rotary Club 29, and Association for Women in Communications. She is a proponent of education reform and her support has reached numerous advisory positions with The Foundation for Oklahoma City Public School Advisory Committee, Oklahoma City Public Schools Career Academies, and Emerson High School Career Academy Board. She is currently serving on the Francis Tuttle Career Technical Business Advisory Council and Association for Career Technical Educators Business Workforce Development Advisory Council.
