Ellen Roth is a senior at Oklahoma City University set to graduate with degrees in Finance, Economic, and Spanish. Originally from Tonkawa, OK, Ellen has come to love life in OKC. On campus, she is a member of Alpha Chi Omega, the OCU Honors College, and is currently serving as the Miracle Marathon Director of Fundraising. In her free time, Ellen loves to read, exercise, and try new restaurants. Upon graduation, Ellen plans pursue a career in the banking sector.

For the first time in history, there are five generations working side by side in the workforce. As Gen Z enters the workplace, these multiple generations now spans roughly 69 years, and each generation brings its own valuable perspective shaped by values, environment, and culture which affect behavior, choices and opportunities. So how do we effective lead in today’s multi-generational workplace? This panel will be a candid discussion about narrowing the generational divide and dispelling myths by understanding the strengths and values of each generation, how to attract and retain talent, and create the workplace of the future through innovation, mutual respect, and intergenerational cooperation.
