Meet the 2023 speakers for the Women in Leadership Conference
Cheryl is senior vice president of private banking, BancFirst, and is quick to point out that there is more to banking than just the numbers. In her role at BancFirst, her top priority is establishing solid relationships with her clients while also balancing her roles as wife, mother, daughter, banker and volunteer.
Borelli decided she wanted to become a commercial lending officer during her sophomore year in college. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in management and economics at Russell State College in Troy, N.Y. Soon after, she and her husband, Peter, moved to Oklahoma, where in 1981 she began a career with First Fidelity Bank as an entry level vice president. She later worked as vice president with Boatman’s Bank, UMB and Local Oklahoma Bank as well as senior vice president at Southwestern Bank before joining BancFirst as senior vice president in 2006. Cheryl serves on several boards including Harding Fine Arts Academy, Trinity Place and Villa Isenbart Inc.
