LIFT Panel Discussion: Leading Multiple Generations in the Workplace
For the first time in history, there are five generations working side by side in the workforce. As Gen Z enters the workplace, these multiple generations now spans roughly 69 years, and each generation brings its own valuable perspective shaped by values, environment, and culture which affect behavior, choices and opportunities. So how do we effective lead in today’s multi-generational workplace? This panel will be a candid discussion about narrowing the generational divide and dispelling myths by understanding the strengths and values of each generation, how to attract and retain talent, and create the workplace of the future through innovation, mutual respect, and intergenerational cooperation.
