For 15 years, the Oklahoma Women in Leadership Conference has been a catalyst for growth, a hub for connection, and a space where ambitions are realized. We have spent a decade and a half pushing forward, leaning in, and climbing higher.
But as we approach our milestone 15th anniversary, we recognize that the landscape of leadership and sustainable success isn’t about constant acceleration; it’s about mastering your momentum.
We are thrilled to announce the theme for our 15th Annual Conference: Rhythms + Resonance.
This year, we are taking a bold step back to move forward with greater intention. We are challenging the outdated narrative that leadership requires a frantic, breathless pace. Instead, we are exploring a profound truth: there is immense leadership power in a calm state. There is power in the pause.
Understanding the Theme
The day will be structured as a journey, moving from understanding our internal “Self” to maximizing our impact on “Others.”
- Rhythms (The Morning): Before you can lead others effectively, you must master your own internal landscape. We will delve into the biological and psychological rhythms that drive peak performance. We will explore the science of restorative rest and learn practical mindfulness tools to ground ourselves in an increasingly noisy world.
- Resonance (The Afternoon): Once grounded, how do you vibrate outward? Resonance is about the energy you project and the connections you forge. We will explore how to detect vital signals in your environment, how to sync with your community, and how to build the ultimate connector: trust.
This 15th anniversary is more than a celebration; it’s a recalibration. Join us as we learn that the most effective leaders aren’t the busiest ones—they are the ones who have mastered their own rhythms to create the deepest resonance.
