She believes that fostering trust among individuals, corporate leaders, and departments is essential to achieving business objectives across diverse organizations, and she has made a lasting impact in both for-profit and nonprofit environments by cultivating cultures rooted in Stephen M.R. Covey’s Speed of Trust principles and facilitations. 

With more than 15 years of experience in executive consulting, talent development, succession planning, compliance, and organizational design, Linda is recognized for her ability to drive meaningful organizational growth through trust-based leadership. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, volunteering with Special Olympics and other community initiatives, and making memories with her beloved dog, Vesper.
