Lauree’s work is deeply personal. Her husband, Ford Austin, an Oklahoma native, survived a catastrophic car accident; a life-altering experience that strengthened her passion for bringing mindfulness and meditation to those navigating epic challenges. She has worked extensively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, co-creating a mindfulness program for INTEGRIS Cancer Institute’s integrative medicine program to support cancer patients and survivors.

Today, Lauree continues to share her expertise through weekly mindfulness and Yoga Nidra classes, specialized workshops, corporate presentations, and private coaching, helping individuals find balance, resilience, and peace through the power of meditation and mindfulness.
