14th Annual 2025 "Values + Vision" Conference

We are honored to have you join us for a day of inspiration, learning, and connection at the 14th Annual Women in Leadership Conference, presented by the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University and the Chickasaw Nation. This year’s theme, VALUES + VISION, invites us to explore how aligning personal values with professional vision fuels impactful leadership and lasting change.

Leadership is more than strategy—it’s about the principles that guide our decisions, the resilience that sustains us, and the vision that drives transformation. Today’s sessions will challenge us to think deeply about what we stand for and how we can lead with authenticity, courage, and purpose.

Throughout the day, you’ll hear from visionary speakers who have shaped industries, influenced change, and championed values-driven leadership. Whether through behavioral science, innovation in healthcare, or the power of authentic communication, each session is designed to provide practical insights and actionable takeaways.

As you engage with today’s conversations, we encourage you to embrace new perspectives, build meaningful relationships, and reflect on how your values shape your leadership journey. Together, we can create workplaces, communities, and organizations where integrity and vision drive success.

The Women in Leadership Conference was an inspiring and impactful event! It was such a gift to share this experience with members of my team and hundreds of women who are ALL making an impact in a diversity of sectors. It’s crucial for women to have opportunities to connect and support each other in the workplace and beyond, so I value any space where this is emphasized and encouraged. The event’s speakers offered a variety of local, national, and international perspectives on what true leadership looks like for women. I highly recommend attending—and bringing all of your friends! Let’s go, ladies!!
