To EVOLVE means to adapt and thrive even when exploring the unknown. Nobody knows that better than women. Individuals, families, organizations, and communities need to EVOLVE. Under this theme, speakers at the 2023 Women in Leadership Conference will examine what it means to balance careers, personal life, health, and wellness and grow in the process, and how we can help organizations and individuals EVOLVE through culture, policies, and procedures.
The Women in Leadership Conference was an inspiring and impactful event! It was such a gift to share this experience with members of my team and hundreds of women who are ALL making an impact in a diversity of sectors. It’s crucial for women to have opportunities to connect and support each other in the workplace and beyond, so I value any space where this is emphasized and encouraged. The event’s speakers offered a variety of local, national, and international perspectives on what true leadership looks like for women. I highly recommend attending—and bringing all of your friends!
