Valerie Naifeh is an award-winning jewelry designer and owner of Naifeh Fine Jewelry, a full-service retail jewelry store specializing in custom design and located in Casady Square at North Pennsylvania and Britton Road.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Valerie apprenticed as a bench jeweler and designer with Ann Garrett and moved to Oklahoma City in 1987 to manage a lease department for her. Valerie is a two-time winner of the DeBeers Diamond’s Today Award in 1990 and 1992 and received an Honorable Mention in the International Japanese Pearl Design Competition in 1994.
After working for both Ann Garrett and Samuel Gordon Jewelers, Valerie opened her own retail business in 1998 inside of Balliet’s in 50 Penn Place. In need of more space, Valerie moved the business to its current location in 2002.
In addition to her retail business, Valerie designs and manufactures her own line of jewelry which is sold in her store and through a small number of retailers throughout the country. She has also been featured on ShopNBC.
Valerie is the moderator for “Conversation with Rebecca Minkoff.”
