Mindful Decision Making
Mindfulness in decision-making means being intentional in assessing a problem, generating actions and implementing decisions using clear judgment.
Through intentional awareness, mindfulness increases the probability of success as well as learning through experience.
Flawed decisions are rooted in judgment errors. This discussion will review common “short cuts” to decision-making including unconscious bias. Methods to identify, encourage and challenge leadership toward unbiased decisions are central to this segment.
