Jaynie has extensive executive management operating experience and an excellent track record across a diverse set of business environments, including digital, start-up, rapid growth, turnaround, consolidating, merger and acquisition, and regulated businesses, primarily in financial services and the internet. Her background includes serving as a President and COO, public and private company board member, and a proven top operating executive in businesses ranging from $100 million to billions in revenue. She enjoys a reputation of building excellent teams who deliver exceptional results in a positive, collaborative environment.

Today Jaynie’s public boards are Core Logic, the major provider of data and information for the housing and insurance industries; Western Asset Management, one of leading fixed income managers; Pinnacle Entertainment, a top performing regional gaming and resort company; and LifeLock, the pioneer in online identity protection. Prior board experience includes Orbitz, eHarmony, and aQuantive. Jaynie often chairs the board compensation committee and sits on audit and governance committees.

In the nonprofit arena, Jaynie is one of five lifetime trustees and Vice Chair of the Board for Huntington Hospital, a major regional teaching hospital. The Studenmunds tragically lost their cherished son, a Green Beret, in Afghanistan in June 2014. Jaynie is engaged in military causes including serving on the Board of Counselors for USC’s Veterans MBA program and on the Steering Committee for Enduring Heroes.

Before corporate boards, Jaynie’s 30 year operating experience included being COO for Overture Services Inc. (now part of Yahoo!) which invented paid search and grew from $100million to 1.3billion during Jaynie’s tenure and President & COO for PayMyBills, the top online bill provider. Prior to the Internet, she had a 15 year career in financial services. She was a Managing Committee member and the top retail, marketing, and small business executive for First Interstate of California (now Wells Fargo) and in succession for Great Western and Home Savings (now Part of JP Morgan/Chase) as they were converting from thrifts to banks.

Jaynie and her family live in Southern California. She has a BA in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
